Yuvensius Pranata (Partner)

Yuven holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Tarumanagara University, Jakarta (2003).

Prior to establishing the firm, he was a partner and an associate of other law firms in Jakarta and a legal counsel of an international financial services group.

He advises multinational, regional and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, liquidation, involving many industries, such as manufacturing, trading, banking and finance, private equity, real estate, construction and training.

He also helped clients on their employment and commercial disputes matters.

Yuven attended a visiting foreign lawyer program at one of the largest Japanese law firms (in 2013) and a prominent US law firm (in 2015).
Yuven is a member of PERADI.

2.	Represented a leading Japanese construction company in relation to the acquisition of assets of one of the largest Indonesian real estate company.
3.	Represented a leading Japanese boilers manufacturing company in relation to the acquisition of assets of a local distribution company.
4.	Represented one of the largest Japanese food industry company in establishing a joint venture company dealing in chain restaurant with its local partner.
5.	Represented a leading Japanese coffee company in the process of acquisition of a local beverage distribution company (in collaboration with a Japanese Law Firm).
6.	Represented a private equity firm in relation to the acquisition one of the biggest Asia electrical, mechanical and fire services contractors.
7.	Represented a private equity company in relation to the acquisition of a local insurance company in Indonesia.
8.	Represented one of the largest Japanese construction company in the process of legal due diligence and establishment of a joint venture company with an Indonesian construction company (in collaboration with a Japanese Law Firm).
9.	Represented one of the largest Japanese shipping company in relation to its involvement in a project financing of a combined-cycle gas-fired power plant, in West Java, Indonesia.
10.	Represented Japanese EPC contractors in relation to its involvement in a project financing of a coal-fired power plant, in Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia.
11.	Represented a regional leading global trading company in relation to the sale of part of its stake in retails electronics business in Indonesia to private equity arm of one of the biggest British banks.
12.	Represented an Indonesian company in relation to the sale of part of their stake in Indonesian leading training and education company in Indonesia to a Japanese private equity firm.
13.	Represented a private equity firm in relation to the sale of one of the biggest candy producers in Indonesia.
14.	Represented subsidiary of one of the biggest Asia’s air conditioning companies in relation to the sale of its subsidiary in Indonesia to one of the biggest Japanese air conditioning companies.
15.	Represented the seller’s side in the acquisition of one of Indonesia’s biggest coal producers.
16.	Represented a publicly listed company in relation to its rights issue and acquisition of a joint venture shipping company in Indonesia.
17.	Represented subsidiaries of Singapore’s leading global trading company dealing in consumer electronics in restructuring the financing agreements with its lenders.
